the staff provided helpful service. the location offered good access to nearby restaurants. breakfast included many options like fruits and croissants (i enjoyed them a lot).

the centrally controlled room temperature was an issue. i could not switch on heating.

inconvenient central control insufficient heating

The room temperature was centrally controlled. I found this inconvenient. heating was not available despite cooler evening temperatures. the staff only provided an extra blanket, insufficient for my needs. this resulted in discomfort .

comfortable bed good size

The room had a very good size. The bed was massive and comfortable, it ensure a great rest. The hotel gave us everything when we asked for plates to eat takeout in the room.

The hotel room was slightly worn. The bathroom sink did not function properly.

spacious room big shower

The family room was spacious. Everything was ready for our dog! The rooms exceeded my expectations. I really loved the big shower like the one I have at home.

The wi-fi was slow.
